All you need is the White shade of Camel Artist Oil Pastels and Camel Water Colours in the shades Cerulean Blue Hue and Indigo.
Start off by drawing small vertical lines with your white oil pastel all over the top of a blank white page. These lines will resemble your little raindrops that then lead into tiny puddles of concentric circles at the bottom of the page. You won’t be able to see this while drawing on your blank page but that’s exactly what we want!
Step 2 is to just have fun with your dark and light blue shade of water colours. Apply a light wash of both colours with a brush all over the paper and watch your rainy day picture appear!
