How to Make a Perfect Valentine's Card: DIY Valentine’s Card
A DIY Valentine's Day card means so much more than just giving chocolates or flowers. It becomes the most special gift you can give. So why send a store-bought card to your Valentine when you can make your own card with creativity, glitter hearts and lots of love? Just a few paper hearts, embellishments, glitter and paints can turn any Valentine’s Day card into a thoughtful way of expression.
Here are some ideas and suggestions on how to make a perfect Valentine’s card for your loved ones using Kokuyo Camlin’s drawing and painting materials. Use these oh-so-easy-to-make and gorgeous Valentine's card ideas.

1. Add a Touch of Glitter to Make Your Valentine’s Card Special

Step up from a basic HARDCODE
Use scissors to cut out small hearts from glitter paper. To ensure your hearts are perfect in shape, first draw basic hearts on glitter paper with a Camlin pencil. Cut the hearts and use Camlin White Glue to paste them directly on the card or the punched circles.

2. Add Textured Hearts in Your Valentine’s Card

Your love will stand out this Valentine’s. Simply cut out hearts from different kinds of textured papers. Arrange these hearts according to your theme and colour preferences on a folded piece of pink paper card.
To add a personal touch, cut the letters of the message you want to convey from a thick paper of a contrasting colour and stick it using a Camlin glue stick.

3. Stamp Hearts Using Sponge and Paints

Use a sharp scissor to cut a sponge in the shape of a heart. Dip the heart-shaped sponge in any Camlin poster colour of your choice. Gently dab the sponge dipped in paint onto your card.

4. Paint Cute Little Flowers on Your Valentine’s Card

For those who want to channel their inner artist, start with drawing and painting flowers. Lightly draw little flowers on the card using a pencil. Then paint those flowers using Camel acrylic colours of your choice. This touch will make your DIY Valentine’s card much more special and let your loved ones know about your artistic hobbies.

Make a Heartfelt Valentine’s Day Card with Kokuyo Camlin

This Valentine's season, let your inner artist shine by making a handmade Valentine’s Day card. Whether it is about glittering hearts, textured designs, stamped patterns or hand-painted flowers, a DIY Valentine’s Day card expresses thoughtfulness and love in a way that no store-bought card can. With tools like Camlin pencils, Camel acrylic colours, poster colours, and glue sticks, let your creativity flow and create a Valentine’s card that will be cherished forever.
